GNP_Basin_3dWith a GIS certificate from UC Denver, I have the skills required for demanding technological challenges. The training I’ve completed for my certificate gave me knowledge of cartography, GIS technology, environmental modeling, and remote sensing using data sources including radar, LIDAR, and LandSat imagery. I have experience with ESRI’s ArcGIS software, including ModelBuilder, as well as Excelis ENVI image processing software.

I have constructed maps and performed GIS analysis for UC Denver faculty, the Sierra Club, and the City and County of Denver.

SCFrak2_flyerI also have experience in software development, using Linux, and programming languages including C, C++, Python, Ruby, Perl, and PHP. I have experience in web development using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and LAMP architecture web sites including WordPress.

Using my web development and Linux skills, I’ve developed web sites, and managed Internet fundraising and social media for state and local political campaigns and non-profits. My clients included Loveland City Council member Ralph Trenary, as well as Paul Mueller and Mark Shaffer. I also constructed web sites for non-profit organizations Colorado Eyes on Congress and SnowForever.org.
